I had some colleagues with masters that are treated exactly the same as a bachelor grad. The reason is because the masters does not give any additional benefit in terms of technical professional certifications.

I don't think it's a good idea. If you are looking for technical development or aim to be PE (Civil), u won't be able to learn anything over there.

Bro u compare annual package… see if she can get better pay outside… Lta include bonus is like 18 months… for fresh grad annual package I dun think u can get higher unless she go apply for google or something
