g10 average gross base pay is around 6k ~ 7k.
as for bonus, it depends. some guy here already gave the components. in real terms, the best I've ever got (average+ performer) was 5 months (pre 2008). Post 2008 GFC when economy tanked, it was 2 months. In all likelyhood, it is going to be around 3 months.
realistically, a g10's total package will be around 100k, inclusive of aws. 6.5k x 16 months = 104k.
-> from pre-govtech/ IDA days.

Hence, monthly base is actually 120k/18 months = 6.6k per month

18 months quite optimistic huh? probably use 15 months for calculation? aws+ vb? heard there are some market adjustment thingy. any idea how it works?

vb = 1
company performance = 1

Borrow from earlier post. It is more of less accurate.
market adjustment: typically less than 1 month
corporate bonus: when corporate KPIs are met, typically around 1 month, grade 12 and above receive twice of this number
individual performance bonus: how good you perform (or how good your RO and NLS perceive), typically 2-3 month for average performer
Go anywhere also can lah. Have friends who left for private sector as well as public sector.
Of course, if you spend too long there, it will be harder to adapt.

so is it safe to base on average a 16 months package?
aws (1) individual performance (2) corporate + market adjustment (1)

Yes, 16 months on a 6k -7k per m is reasonable rule of thumb. I left at g10 around that range 2 years ago.

Can I add on? What is the grade for a senior project manager?

I joined at g9 in 2007 with around 4 years of experience (technically, it is longer but it's complicated) and left in 2015 at g10.
It's alright but I left because I was not promoted to g11 due to circumstance beyond my control.
