I just got accepted an SM role in NTU. any one knows how the PB for an average performer is like, like xx months? and when will it be paid out?

I know from the offer letter, NTU only pays 13th month and PB..

Ah, I get what you mean, it’s like they keep it simple with just admin and academic staff, which can make things like bonuses a bit confusing. Maybe if the problem is in the inventory, u can recommend them to use an inventory software where they can have clear categories and roles just makes everything run smoother and keeps track of things properly. Makes life a lot easier when things are organized, right?
