NTU (non-faculty)

3 years renewable. they hardly offer perm unless u heng. but even perm, can manage u out if not happy with you.

If you perform well, they may offer perm contract to you even before 3 years.
If they are not certain, but they think you have potential, another 3-year contract will be offered.
Please do not listen to toxic advice from existing staff.

Heard rumours they reduced to 2 year contract? Not sure if still 3 years or now become 2 years.
