Some people from GT joined the agency team and spent half year on a discovery journey with the agency. The findings are supposed to be used for seeking funding for the next phase of the programme. However, within GT team, there were some disagreement and they couldn’t even reconcile among themselves when meeting SNDGO team in charge of funding. agency hires govtechies to work for them, but people from govtech try to sell them 'enhanced' products that they alrdy own, ask to charge extra, want to claim ownership. govtechies who are under agency no longer know who is boss, govtech or the agency. conflicting KPIs

What I heard is that one of the GT person was from TW so after all this, TW becomes biggest winner.
