Why do E1-E3 keep receiving MAC but none for E4-E6?

Considering they are more capable and can work independently, are they not in demand in the market?

E1-E3 receive MAC because they are paid alot lesser lol. Not like they increased it this year anyways.

Tbf E1-E3 are being paid extremely well.
I know of many E4 who are paid even lesser than their E3 colleagues, both salary and total package

Not sure about E6 but E4 and E5 are definitely underpaid for the level of responsibility they hold and amount of workload.
