I don’t think company will do that. Imagine senior E6 found out their junior E5 is getting 1-2k more than them. Sure will increase the turnover rate even more. Few hundred more is ok but not thousands for sure.

The project manager just announced that we have to work for 7 days per week for 1 month to rush for UAT. Probably have to work OT everyday too 😕

I recently went for senior mgr interv, supposed to b 2 rounds, n culminating to a salary nego, but upon hearing my ask, I waited few days now surprised, asked to do a 3rd round. n title seems to be upgraded from the last one I interviewed for. im hopeful this is not a typo or mistake.
any advice from current employees from your past interview experience if this is common?
