No guarantee you will be promoted. Depends on boss like or you're expectional performances. It works this way for most companies.

In ST do like mad don’t help if the boss never see or pretend never see. All lot of boss in ST like that. You feedback problem they just listen and forget.
That why I do the bare minimum still get good rating while some of mine colleagues chiong still get same grade as me. Work smart not work hard.

NUS are getting 7 or 8 thousands and above. So, I believe it is plausible, as the order book is reaching historically high level and those desperate BU with high turnover rate are willing to pay higher for manpower to pacify the customers.
