Promotion Results
Guys, I heard the promotion results are out! Your project manager already knows everyone's outcome—go ask them how you did, or start prepping your resignation letter if you failed again 😂.

I am just a L11 BA
for the past 7 year, i promote to L10, through fighting for promo, and L9 when time are good and push for promotion to L9
My skillset and mindset remain at L11...gt a few times I almost got exposed and PIP, but I roll off before that, changed a few projects
Actually now I am still hiding and doing L11 BA work. I plan to just lie low and collect my L9 salary quietly
Do not want to fight for L8 now as market not as forgiving as the past....is it a good strategy?

🌧️ Not the post I was hoping to write today…
After months of hoping, reflecting, and putting in my best — I found out I didn’t get promoted this cycle at Accenture.
It stings. I won’t lie. It’s tough seeing the effort, late nights, and emotional energy not translating into the outcome I was aiming for. It’s hard not to take it personally, even when I know promotions are complex and based on many factors.
But if there’s anything consulting has taught me, it’s to take feedback, pivot, and keep pushing forward.
So, here I am — asking for help. If you’ve been through this before, I’d genuinely appreciate your advice. How did you bounce back? What did you do differently? What helped you grow into the next version of yourself?
To everyone who got promoted this round — I’m genuinely happy for you. Your success is inspiring, and I hope to stand alongside you someday too.
Onward and upward. One step at a time.

My advice being in this exact shoe before is that don't be too hard on yourself. Take some days off to getaway, and come back to revaluate your career stage. All I can say is to take charge of career. It's as simple as overcoming the mindset that you may have to wait it out for another 6 months for the next cycle, which is bs. Take charge in what you can control and influence, always. All the best!

You didn’t get promoted because the company know you no other choice. From management POV, your late nights is your problem, just show that you cannot finish your work 9-6 on time.
