Job roles
Hi guys, let's say given a choice between these 2 roles and assuming both has similar pay. Which role would you choose:
1) Client Service Manager - Servicing corporate clients and to bring in deposits for the bank, be it account opening, placing of FD etc.
2) Relationship Manager - Doing loans for corporate clients, non-program lending, need to do credit reviews etc.
Which would be a better career prospect? Thanks.

my understanding as an outsider is that CSM is like a helpdesk role, while RM is a sales role. if this is the case, i would choose to be an RM any day.
