typical culture like the accounting companies. low level grunts work like mad and get little pay & benefits, partner more talk to customer and delegate work to the grants and get the profit sharing plan which pays up to 24 mths bonus.

Good place to start your career as you will learn a lot and career progression is faster than most other companies. You will need to work hard but with the experience gained you can move to a senior position in another company.

For junior staff, pay & benefits is average, a little better than normal GLC or small MNC but lower than the banks or top MNC, so don't expect too much.
Most people will slog there for 3-4 years and get a nice CV then move on. Not many people can take the crazy hours and stress for at least 12 years before you are made partner.
