Hi all, can anyone share what their experience is with applying for CPIO in CPIB and Commercial Affairs Officer with SPF? If I applied for those positions in February 2025 or March 2025 and I haven't received an invite for the interview, does it mean I have not been shortlisted?

I applied for CPIO last year in early July and only got called for Job Preview and engagement in end Aug. I think they have two mass intakes per year. If after 3-4 months no news then no hope, try again.

Could you share more about the job preview session and how to best prepare for any assessments?
