Results out already? Huh please I know people who do cca and perform well in their role also didn’t get fast track or normal time promotion. The promotion is majority based on favourite and biasness only a handful are those who are deserving. In general people only promote exceeding the timeframe aka backlog. How many years is your backlog?

So a lot of backlog got promoted? Backlog here is referring to how many years of delay? Like A to SA this June 2 years? Or 1.5 years
