Why cannot? You mysteriously become equipped with godlike communication skills the second you flip to your 4th year?

What a trash mindset.

Does increase in charge out rate equate to increase in associate’s salary?

Or no correlation at all

In theory it should, you’re charging the client more presumably becos you have become more experienced/competent, so it should be reflected in an uplift.

Theoretically, your billings/month should be 2.5-3 times your pay in order for the firm to be profitable on your labour, even after paying your bonus.

So, if you have a pay increase, either your pay should increase or your hours worked should decrease.

Anyone knows what HSF is paying their trainees on the 2 yr TC stint? Is it comparable to CC LL and A and O?
