June promoters from a to sa got the new revised pay of 5.9k? Then those who promoted from a to sa last year in June didn’t even get the revised pay and stay stuck at 5.4K??

I think that is normal ba
u can expect every L10 to be the same pay
and the company cannot possible backtrack everyone to be in the same pay

Wth saw one guy who joined as fresh analyst in Mar 2023 and got promoted to senior analyst in this june. Only 1 year 3 months fair meh?? See fast track also never see join Mar then promoted in june, max is join may or june and got promoted the next June.
Anyone work with him before can vouch he’s that good?
