If you dun mind me asking, any advise on the C3 department? For maintaining systems at various sites? Any idea on it? Thanks.

Be good at what you do and try to impress client. Also get on their good side and be thick skin to ask for a slot in their company. I do not have to do technical interview. Now at client side got higher pay, no OT, more WLB. What really motivated me to jump was when I was talking to the senior engineer at client side with same YOE as me and finding out that their annual comp is double of mine(1.9x more approximately). NCS really shortchange me considering im a second upper comp science grad from NUS. Meanwhile client side appreciates my education background and my skills.

if ur NUS second upper computer science and u join NCS, ben leong would be so disappointed
