Working in ncs
Hi guys, i've been with NCS for about a year and I recently got a job offer from pccw. They are offering a 20% increment. Does anyone has any good/bad experience with pccw?
From what I know, is to support at one of the gov site

Heard PCCW doesn't offer bonuses? Not sure if they do now, so it's is best to account for that in your annual salary.

Working in ncs
I asked pccw hr and they mentioned they do not have aws but have performance bonus(but not all employees).
NCS recently gave out bonus (1mth) & increment for me is 3%.
I've told pccw hr that i will get back to them soon.
Should i negotiate for more if they don't give bonus?
Btw, the team that I will be joining will be only 2 ppl (including me) to handle everything

Of course. You should calculate your yearly package (if no bonus, then ask for higher base), then determine how much do you want. If they offer you 20% more of what you’re getting at ncs then why not.

Yeah, i'm still thinking about it! Is an increment of over 1k. Have to give them an answer tomorrow. .
Currently I'm going around working at multiple sites, while pccw new scope focus on single site.
Honestly I am kinda tired going around multiple sites

PCCW no aws, pb very rare, increment less then norm.
Probably gave out PB this year because of the high attrition rate and not even a full month, so remember to add in your current annual package +20%.

Working in ncs to pccw
The job is under home affair sector.
I've calculated my annual package for both:
Pccw annual package(12months) vs ncs annual package(12months + 1.5month).
I will have extra 6.6k annually if i join pccw.
I emailed pccw hr to enquire on how PB is given & will there be yearly increment. Waiting for reply.
But my ex-senior colleague told me to aim for a company that can improve my skillset.
Now i dilemma
