No, I really dont recommend you join. Please do not be fooled by being in the social service sector. Management is toxic and the structure is in a mess. Processes, systems are more outdated than other agencies and people from all levels are playing politics because too free and too much time on their hands. Good place for retirement if you can ignore the politics and bootlicking. It's like a premium retirement home for old uncles and aunties.
