Want to ask current DSTA employees, if I enter as a 2nd lower my fresh grad salary lower than the FCH/2nd upper. Will it be forever lower than my peers over the years, after promotion and increments?? Or when promotion will it be more based on performance and I can catch up?

I think q rare for 2nd lower to enter actually... usually hire fch/scu
