We know how MaS works. Tender for contract but want to pay peanuts, then award contract but keep asking demanding premium service for the peanuts they pay. If I was vendor, I will also do bare minimum.

Prep work, the actual minuting and also coordinating with the different groups presenting. Sometimes during the meeting, if bosses have question that on spot no one has answer , the minute taker may have to follow up with who have the answer.

Perhaps better to get own developers to do development. Can ask for everything as they cannot say no to any request.

You will know when you really interact with them. They can speak in gusto as-if they are subject matter expertise in the area. But if you listen again and think about it, it’s literally smoking to brush you off asap.

Imperfect ship is different fr sinking ship. These issues people complain of are not new. If the ship was gonna sink it wld hv long ago. But it has not & will not.
