Any updates to this? Am interested too. I asked a similar qn in another thread and got the following reply: Manager 8-15k, SM: 10-19k, VP: 13-22k, DVP: 16 to 25k, annual nett bonus is usually 4mth (3mths profit sharing, everyone the same + 1mth AWS), so 16mth package and add 4 free economy tix.
Overall think SIA pay is higher than CS, but not by much.
Can OP shed more light on internal pay if u joined SIA? Thanks

Bro, manager in SQ is branch head level in CS. Pay is defo lower for SQ

Thanks for the reply, I'm actually interested to know how SIA Scholar compares against CS scholar. Would you be able to shed some light on this?
Also, is branch head = MX10 / dy director?

I just got offered 4.5k for a senior role lol really lowball to the max. That’s a 20% pay cut from my current job
