Is this your only choice?

Few reasons for slowness - either they are overwhelmed with applications and slow in general, so it’s really an administrative reason not specific to you, or as the other poster mentioned they are just not that into you.

What about applying to other places as well??

a lot of OT, no max…
can claim as leave but when you try to apply leave, it won’t get approved
