Anyone has info on Nucleus program for this year? How's the salary for average performer?

4.8k with no AWS, 1% increment every year, so after first year = $4848, don't even round up

honestly, ur much better off joining ST
they have same base pay as NCS but with additional AWS

and don't be fooled by this nucleus program, u will only sit for the exam in 1 - 2 years by which time it should be time to job hop

heck, I got friend who jump to ST and got $5.5k with AWS after 1 year

ppl who stay long at NCS either can't be bothered or have pte degree or think that shiny nucleus degree is worth it

If you do the math, if u pay for ur own master degree but job hop, u will be much better off, not only in terms of $ but also can control the course/timing of ur master degree

ST = Singtel or ST engineering? both no aws

Hi, was just offered the swe position for nucleus programme, details of my contract yet to be discussed. I see a lot of comments saying that it would be best to leave after the first few years. May I know if there is any bond tied to this? The programme advertises itself to be a 5 year period.

Maybe can wait for one more week? I got news of an offer slightly pass 2 weeks, +/- a couple days

How long does the promotion take from P3 to P4 grade ? Every 3 years?

Hi, anyone can reply me as I got job offer from NCS and they informed immediately selected after interview and submitted all the supporting documents.
They inform that working on salary proposal but almost 2 weeks no reply yet.
May I know what they meant off and usually how many weeks usually to get reply from them. Am literally worried a lot

need more details, what job role? fresh grad or how many YOE?

different role might need more vetting and background checks

Thanks for the reply, as job role offered is system engineer. 1 years experiences. Ive send email but no reply yet .. should I wait ? Working on salary proposal takes long ?
