I am interviewing for Singtel Senior Manger for Design and Development role. I have 8 years experience dealing with Telco, BSS, OSS domain.

Question: What would be the range of base salary for this position roughly?

16 - 20k for senior mgr

Thanks for the info.

But that seems to be on the very high side as the recruiter indicated it's more in the SGD8k to SGD10k range. I reckon you stated 16k-20k might be because Senior Manager in consulting firms would draw that much (one level below Managing Director)

From what I gathered, the Senior Managers in Singtel is equivalent to a Senior Project Manager in most firms leading a team of 10 to 30 people.
Going above one level is Associate Director, then Director, Vice President, CIO, CEO.

Hoping someone who worked in Singtel can give more insight?

singtel = GLC

Senior manager = M4 grade

pay range should be 7k - 10k /mth

hi does anyone know how much a director at singtel would be earning?
group/enterprise level

technology related role
considering a role there...

sorry forgot to add (I am the previous poster):
I read up on a few thread and it seems the answer is around 12K
is this the floor or ceiling? the reason i ask is because I am already earning 12k+ in the private sector
(local grad with NS, 40+ years old)

Senior Manager should begin PF5 grade or M1 grade, should be 10k to 14k?? Not sure on the upper limit though

can someone be kind enough to share what are the different levels in Singtel/GLC/? M1 is first level of manager?
