Why DSO never even invite me to interview when my credentials good enough to get a job offer a DSTA?

DSO offered me even though I don’t have NTU NUS degree just a part time degree.

I guess it boils down to the relevant experience.

How long after the interview did they get back to you with the offer and what was the basic pay? Thanks in advance!

Engineering work experience. In fact the job don’t really require any specific engineering experience. Just need degree in engineering. However, the soft skills is what they lookout for.
