yup, the nucleus program already stated the salary upfront. and my another friend in NCS got a whopping $2 more increment so that makes it $50

Initially HR offered me 20% increment only, but I negotiated to be considered as a fresh grad instead and they accepted. its 6 digits per annum for average performance(ME equivalent) fresh grad, so at least 60% increase from my lowballed nucleus job. Not CSB

Speaking for fresh uni grads under nucleus,

SOME programs(not all) have training to ensure that you can do your job properly. Permanent role therefore will have salary increment(which can be anywhere from 0.0% to 3.0% performance dependent)
Was very welcoming to uni grads from all kinds of background into the program(SIM, Murdoch, Kaplan, MDIS etc.) but heard that due to oversaturation of tech sector now even N uni CS grads can get rejected from the program.
Program has fixed minimum starting pay of 4.8k for ALL tracks, up to 5.5k for SWE track(translates to 60-70ish k per annum excluding employer cpf contribution for the average performer who Meets Expectations). Considered not bad already.

the 4.8k here youre talking about. has your bonus being paid in and distributed monthly. my friend getting 1 month bonus as SWE. remember your AWS also included. they are just raising the pay with your bonus ...

I got an offer from NCS if I transfer over from my current role in Singtel. Any suggestions if I should take it? Pay is the same, maybe slightly more allowances depending on my project needs over time, was wondering if any suggestions?
