Hahah, I get what you mean but actually am 24/7 here too, however no allowance. But still I see some transferring, was wondering if there are some perks to it.

how can anyone tolerate pay of less than $5k in NCS when FT are guaranteed starting pay of $5k due to employment pass requirement?
really is pay Singaporeans peanuts while FT are paid higher
Even ST recently revised its salary scheme and it's better than NCS
I dont understand why people would stay for more than 1 year in NCS
