You’d be better earning elsewhere. The company is chill. Rewards slackers and doesn’t incentivise ppl who work hard.

Everybody gets the same bonus months .

Pay is **** in SIA. Bunch of low ballers and always ask why people resign. Wake up your idea!!!!

SIA is a mess, HR also feel like don't really take responsibility over internal matters, just leave it to the separate departments. Pay is bad, and work culture is just a lot of people that either are there because no choice or because stable or just there because they love airplanes. Very political workplace IMO, everyone only care about face and not real connections - ends up feeling very toxic, and the only thing important to them is how much you are willing to OT. If you get the far away office it is really damn ulu

What's the salary package like? Is there 13th mth AWS?
Performance bonus usually how many mths for average performer?
Any other allowances?
The travel benefits really 1 free ticket per year to any destination?
Economy class? Any restriction to the free ticket?

Aiya, flight ticket nowadays so cheap versus the past. You can always buy the ticket with a high pay outside.

theres AWS, with 2-3 months (avg) profit sharing bonus (everyone gets the same amount). 1 free economy class ticket per year, but you have to pay airport tax. for AM and above, you get 1 free biz class instead. you're also allowed to purchase for your spouse or retired parents, or children (pay 10-15% of ticket price based on your rank)

the free ticket is based on ballot, and they cut down the number of seats per flight by a lot recently so it's not as good as before.
