By the way your salary range a bit off? Dont think all TLs and Div heads paid that much unless you including bonus
15k-25k per month means 180k-300k per year. a 20k a month base plus 60k bonus easily adds up 300k.

Either Vendor hired to build the IT system didn’t do a good job or no such requirement given by users. Don’t pay them or get them test and fix before launching it.

Doing it itself is already very tiring. Somemore, there are prep work to be done before the actual meeting. after that will need to rush getting out the minutes in details. Don’t need to do our own work for the next 1-2 days

No such thing lah. Your employment contract already clearly specify the notice period
