Last year was like the worst year. Hard to be worse than last year but if worse, better start looking elsewhere.

Last year wasn’t the worse year. In fact its the new norm cause they changed the compensation structure. This is what it will be moving forward.

What new norm… last year increment not even above inflation.. Realistically, the CPF cap change was significant but if other similar tier coy can offer reasonable increment, hard to justify other than tanking for SingTel.

You not from singtel/ncs ya? Since when they need to justify lol? They froze salaries during covid when they were still profitable. No lack of sheeps willing to join them.

Hearsay is there is no increment for those directors and above. So you can roughly gauge how much the rest will get.
