JG5 I think ceiling is 10k
JG6 maybe 12k use to be 9k but they every 2 years will adjust the ceiling
JG7 around 14k use to be 12.5k

Grade 2 AI is 6.5%
And yes cvb is 1.4

Saf CPT here, thanks everyone for the reply. The hr tell me they will try to help me get jg6 but depends on hiring team assessment also.
Does having masters affect the jg level ah?

Is that how it works? I but then promotion also to jg6 right? Then I guess if I start jg6 then don't need that promotion?
