MOH Holdings
Hey all,
Would like to know if anyone worked at MOH Holdings before? Like how's the company (Benefits, progression etc.) specifically in Infrastructure Projects Division?

only know that they're located at harbourfront center.
technically all locally trained doctors are employed under mohh during their bond, but their experience as an employee would probably not be relevant here.

benefits: 21 days of AL, 2 or 3 days of PCL, medical (self, dependent & specialist), dental
bonus paid twice a yr
starting pay: $2.7k & above/mth
working hrs: mon-thur 8.30-6, fri 8.30-5.30 (causal fri)
6 mths prob (entitled to benefits)
location: hbf center
nice environment, young demographics, structure kinda like public sector
Not easy job for dpts that need to interact wif the doctors, turnover usually very high in these dpts coz they had enuff of the doctors haha. Otherwise other dpts ok..
above is based on exec position entry lvl, fresh grad wif no exp/1-2 yrs
Is a private sector that employs fresh grad doctors (aka jnr doctors) & residents under them. These doctors work in the various public healthcare in Singapore (eg. SGH, NUH, etc).

Sorry for bumping a kinda old thread, but I'm really interested to know as well.
Anyone have more info on MOHH working culture and salary/benefits?
Is it based on a typical farmer/scholar structure like most other stat boards and ministries? Will 2nd upper/1st get better pay, and if so, how much? What are chances at progression like? What about bonuses?

I know a lot of the staff there are ex-accenture. Then recently they merged with IHIS. IHIS has a very loser culture with most of them being rejects from other stat boards and GLC's IT depts. Most are paper pushers who wouldn't last a month in a project with proper accountability. IHIS has a lot of politics and when they merged several of the IHIS management left (MOHH was the dominant party in the merger). Generally MOHH is ok i feel, most of the project management is paper pushing kind of project management but generally quite safe and stable
