Ha. A lot leaving , doesn't matter if is HQ or clusters. Man power resource issues, need to hire more to handle the work load. A lot of team wearing multiple hats, really over stretched. many people are good here but can only help each other so much when everyone have their hands and legs full.

plus you have alot of useless directors here that use their mouth and eyes. but the rest of the body is like handicap. staff lower down the rank will sure suffer!

In some other companies, down to earth directors will do so. But this company the directors are all like tua pek gong.

Yeah during my time as well, many lousy senior managers and directors
As compared to other companies that I have been to, this is the worst.
Not are they using their mouth only, but their mouth keep adding sh1t non stop one

Seems like this is a good place to work as directors and above only. Shall try to apply tomorrow, can get good fat pay cheque and slack and push all the work to the lower chain. Awesome!
