It's okay.

None are as blind as those who will not see.

Default D o do

Students are mostly more mature then teachers in terms of self disipline.

There is rules sets for students. And teachers dont hsve rules. So teachers behave like ommature kids

Default Stay or go?

Have been identified for fhq while at my current sch, but that will probably only materialise in a couple of years’ time… Am I allowed to participate in open posting?

Delayed FHQ? Meaning you are newly emplaced on FLP and given the opportunity to choose which year you proceed with FHQ? In that case, you will need to indicate a year to your P and honour that commitment.

While I think HRP will still allow you to apply during OPE, HR may end up vetoing your posting even if you clear interview with the receiving school.

where got identified for fhq then materialise in a couple of years? if you got the email in Dec 2023, means you shld have finished the interview formalities and will be going to HQ in Jan 2025. unless you are on flp

Hihi, I think maybe the rest never encounter before. Likely you have been identified for fhq and your school is asked for a rough timeline for release. Hence you are “delayed” in some ways, maybe because of developmental opportunities in sch. This may or may not be discussed with you (about why the delay). However, meanwhile you are actually free to OPE until the letter comes. But it may not be the wisest because keeping you means there must be a plan to groom.

Did I hear that right? Ask these teachers and was refused to share their newfound wealth with the class? How dare they!

I mean, seriously, it's not like they have bills to pay, groceries to buy, or families to support with that bonus, right? Clearly, the sole purpose of that bonus is to fund an opulent feast for forty voracious students who suddenly expect nasi lemak with extra otah and a durian buffet for recess. How utterly selfish of them to even contemplate spending it on, you know, personal necessities.

And what about the missed chance to splurge on class gifts? A ding tai fung for the class? Too extravagant. Royce chocolates for each student? Too expensive. It's high time teachers learn the noble art of redistributing their bonuses to the more deserving (read: demanding) members of society—our dear students.

So the next time you hear a teacher received a mid-year bonus and didn't promptly organise a decent party with bubble tea for the entire school, just remember: they're obviously hoarding their riches like kiasu dragons atop a mountain of red packets. Absolutely scandalous lah.

Too artsy fartsy!

Better save the $ for white gold at the students funerals.
Many mix with gangsters and go off early.
Sad but that's the hard truth in the gangsta schools.

Teachers are nemesis of mankind. Tell students to die as soon as possible. Teach them how to commit suicide and be suicidal. Less burden for teachers.

So can enjoy bonus age and have sex party
