It is a custom to have a meeting prior school reopens

Just for formality and probably objective alignment. But you do iy once a year. At the starting year.

Nothing useful anyway. Repeating the same for every semester. I dont think it is uniwue everytime

And you can guess what the teachers are doing inside those meeting.

You will be amazed
Hehe.

Teachers just continue teaching as per usual. Life moves on and no ****s given.
Do nothing to prevent, do nothing to care. Good.
Let's not revert to the Teacher=God complex.
Every school has at least 1 full-time counsellor to look after the students.
The counsellors are to look after the mental health of the students.

FHQ quota gets filled before OPE. So those embarking on their FHQ posting in 2025 would have known about their postings by now I believe. But official posting memo may not be out till later in the year.

Default Try emailing HR

When I came back from PDL and applied for OPE, I had a message 'You do not have dwell time eligibility to apply for the OPE' when I tried to apply.

After emailing HR (mcare), they solved the technical issue and responded back to me the following day. Rectify your issue fast and apply within the next few days as schools/branches seek out the best applicants as early as possible.

After clicking to apply, at first I had the error message also but check your dashboard tab and a short while later, your application appears. All the best!
