Oh, you are getting cleared for another SB, not mindef. Does your G50 clearance goes through MSD as well?

i all the while assume that if need to screen G50 form,
minimally need to be checked by MSD, ISD and CRO + other places that the screening team wants to check as deemed fit?

3rd week of March: submitted application

1st week of May: asked to go interview 2 weeks later

3rd week of May: interview

A few days later: interviewer/hiring manager side contacted to say we're accepting you, wait for the paperwork to be done on our end, and then the relevant entities (HR, MSD) to call you going forward

Last week of May to early June: medical, G50 forms and supporting docs submitted

Early July: clearance settled and offer made.

2nd week of July, which is next week: sign offer letter and take photo + throw letter at current company

Finally, it's ending!

2 months' notice, so starting with MINDEF only in mid-Sep.

My clearance is only CAT2A nia, so not as strict bah.
