Seriously if u don’t have other offers and really wanna leave your current job desperately, C block are ok de. You just need to go with the flow after u joined, be in your PM and PD’s good books and be able to connect with them, then u will get promotion soon; but of course you must got substance lah. Maintenance projects are all generally ok de, in most govt projects. It is the Implementation proj that are tough. If u don’t like the environment after u joined, tahan for 1 year then look else where again, because u need this job hop for 1 pay jump; subsequently then next new job will have another pay jump.
