Hmm what is your expected bonus? Did you just joined within one year? You know they adjusted their wage policy two years ago right? It was average 2 months before the adjustments. Now it is average 1 month +/-.

I am in NCS for 20 years already. Yes, TWENTY, you didnt see wrongly... lol. I expect at least got 2 months since last year was very bad. I also don't think the quantum number of months got anything to do with high or low base salary (but i might be wrong).

Did you get a one-off adjustment to your base salary two years ago?

Thats your one month bonus already. Your increased monthly base will add up to one month bonus every year. Its preloaded to your base. So now you will only get 1 month bonus in the end. Its going to be like this moving forward.
