CL10 is the worst. No increment for most levels mainly (CL11-9) for the past 2 years unless u get promotion. So those CL10 stuck for 2 years all getting 5.4k for the past 2 years

Let me correct myself, this only applies to those who are part of the TAP programme. Those direct hired one all starts from 6k+ for CL10

After 4 years in ACN, I still cant get lvl 9.
Finally tendered today, ended my own misery of getting a pitiful 5.4k
