offered 2 jobs, one hybrid but lower pay, one daily in office but higher pay, about 15% more, which one should I take? does it make sense to trade in 15% of $$ for hybrid working mode as i have young kids.

I want to switch job. This year at my present job, I did lots of extra works and at higher capability, so mostly likely to get either B or B+. But if I leave now for internal posting, will my PB rate suffer, since at the new place I will be learning not performing? Should I wait until after a certain month?

if i go to another SB by movement policy, the AVC and PB will be pro-rated right? anyone knows how to calculate whether the offered salary if I quit and join can cover the AVC and PB i'll get if i choose movement policy?

if i transferred to a new govt agency on 30 Aug 2024. Will i be appraised by old or new govt agency?
