It's interesting to see that the top (partners and sm) is mostly locals, while managers and senior positions have more foreign talents, and the bottom tier is mostly locals with some foreign talents. If the senior managers and local partners retire, there might be a big change in how the company is run. foreign talents in the middle might get the chance to take on bigger roles. (Can be qualified to sign fs if isca-acca agreement is finalised)

Its a sunset for local.
Accountancy should be gone by 2030 if not earlier.
Too many political involvement is usually a gone case industry, just like engineering in the past.

Its well known sg pwn sg. Poor open leg policy is pwning local
