this just means that audit is a low level function. your work hours is more important than getting a formal BAcc degree.
this is quite common in the UK, where Big 4 hires many non-uni grads or GSCE A Level school leavers in their apprentice programmes to be full time auditors
for those of you conned to study BAcc last time. sorry, sucks to be you. should have studied a more valuable degree. Accounting is really a field that can be picked up by self study.
