I had the same qns as you and called ISCA last week. They confirmed its minimum full 3 years i.e. 31 Jul 20X1 to 31 Jul 20X4. 450 days is just to ensure you actually did work 450 working days in the 3 years.
Thinking of giving up on CA because of this requirement, have a few job offers alr and idw to stay until sep lol

Nah, last tjlime no ppl want convert becos its an extra cost to yourself or the firm. Its just when they say local u last cut off is 2017 then a lot ppl faster go convert..
provided u think its relevant for u. Worked more than 10 years before apply for full membership. Cut off is 2017 for local u lol. We just need to work 3 years and do ethics etc and can apply for ca alrdy. Now is a lot of extra requirements which are useless. Killing the local u intake. For ppl from developing country only.. or those local with no better option.

Benefits: Looks good on resume lor and some job listings require professional qualification.
But depends on ur job scope, u see if it’s worth paying $457.80 to ISCA.
Best if ur coy sponsor
