Non-degree holder here.

Currently MX14 working Mon-Fri, 830am to 530pm. No need reply to work emails after work.

Got an offer from PA, same grade, 4 weekdays 1 weekend work shift, increment of $350 as compared to current role.

Should i make the jump?

How much is the increment in terms of %?

If you earning 2k and the jump is 350, means 18% increase, but if you earning 5k, the increment is only 7%.
