Ogp only needs 6 people to build pair and this transform team needs 15 people.. So if the other teams building the same products also have 15, the Govtech has 30plus people all building wrappers around copilot?

U just need a very strong business case, technical justification then u are good to go. Request how many mmf then deliver product

boring projects
teams doing same thing resulting in overlapping work and teams fighting to claim credit
some people not competent resulting in stagnancy
some people cruising and doing bare minimum
a lot of politicking and backstabbing within teams

review type of people that you hire

How does this voting exercise benefit me as an individual? Nobody has given me a single feedback and I don’t even know my vote count.
A good feedback should be constructive and would benefit the person. It should address these 3 questions- what I should do more, do less and continue doing.
