U just need a very strong business case, technical justification then u are good to go. Request how many mmf then deliver product

Pros
good salary
good employee benefits

Cons
boring projects
teams doing same thing resulting in overlapping work and teams fighting to claim credit
some people not competent resulting in stagnancy
some people cruising and doing bare minimum
a lot of politicking and backstabbing within teams


Advice to Management
cut red tapes
review type of people that you hire

Should just vote for the person who friend me but not better than me. Anyway no standard criteria sia. Some say it’s used for promotion but in the end used for performance.

How does this voting exercise benefit me as an individual? Nobody has given me a single feedback and I don’t even know my vote count.

A good feedback should be constructive and would benefit the person. It should address these 3 questions- what I should do more, do less and continue doing.
