Actually from first day of work you can tell already

Usually the alpha male or alpha female associates, they will usually be outspoken on first day to constructively solve problems

Hi guys, I am a S1 approaching S2 soon. Recently got an offer from JPM as legal entity controller offering 7.5k Was wondering if I should go because audit there is guaranteed progression until manager and lastly equity partner if you stay. However, if I take the offer I scared I may not enjoy guaranteed progression or even give up the opportunity to become an equity partner.
