most male auditors have horrible dress sense, ladies are slightly better, but some of them wear bimbo clothes which really stand out in CBD...

pls show me your strong character when you make it to manager. the reason why managers are zaoing is because its so tiring to deal with entitled trash. all of the juniors nowadays think yall very sat ki and hardworking like to say but ive been working so hard sign off so many things, put on ig and tiktok but ask to articulate the work done or explain the fundamentals, nothing of substance comes out. during my days. roundtable is about fighting for ppl to be 5 star. now it’s just about ya i think promote/progress this one la we can’t hold back so many ppl.

not blaming the juniors, yall just signed up for a course that could accept you at your grades. this situation is purely cause the industry is not competitive and due to poor management decisions.

What to do

Audit has always been cost center + does not strategically value add to the company

It's time to stop whining about juniors and start recognising your role in their development.

If you are so tired of "entitled trash," maybe it's because your haven't done your job in mentoring them properly.

Complaining about them without offering solutions is lazy and unproductive.
