If you compare with your peers, yes, it may seem unfair since you are doing more. But it does help a bit more when you become senior, as you are exposed to more challenges when you’re an A2. Which sector are you from? I think yellow GA is $4.8k for S1 and $5.5k for S2

The difference between high performer and avg performer is $50/mth. Lol
Bonus is also ranging 1.6-1.8 mth for GA avg

what would your advice be? If you are already rewarded with more work, would you say no to your managers? If you don’t do it, you risk getting a bad appraisal from your managers as well. So you might as well use it as a learning opportunity.

why so many audit seniors rather do shipping company audit than do construction audit?
