Once you become senior, you have only yourself to depend on. Your associates, managers and clients will ask you questions and you will need to provide them with answers.
Dont listen to this monkey
u are overworked now, and if u finish it, u are rewarded with more work trust me
u are burnt out now, u will be burnt out when u are senior too

Managers are just human shields with no real power.
Like that you must well don't be manager, since you cant manage when u got nothing to manage. Call yourself a middleman or parrot better. Least you could do is personally come down client place and help the team physically

you are a red flag, i pity those under u

b) unable to teleport from east to west when you have multiple commitments
c) need to be in office to attend other meetings.
d) deliberately playing a good cop bad cop manager so your team will tell client itís the manager insist on something so client empathises and supports them more.
e) expectation of juniors for managers to treat lunch or buy drinks when they come clients place.

yea this manager is total trash
give so many lame reasons for not wanting to go client place
but at the same time expect the entire engagement to turn up client place daily
ha ha ha ha ha

Which sector are you from? I think yellow GA is $4.8k for S1 and $5.5k for S2

The difference between high performer and avg performer is $50/mth. Lol
Bonus is also ranging 1.6-1.8 mth for GA avg

what would your advice be? If you are already rewarded with more work, would you say no to your managers? If you donít do it, you risk getting a bad appraisal from your managers as well. So you might as well use it as a learning opportunity.
