So essentially he's putting down others because he couldn't even make it as a primary school teacher since he doesn't have a recognised degree, and only a diploma I guess?

Wanted to join as ITE lecturer
Hi,
Just to check, I received an email call up for interview to present a topic.
What is the probability of getting chosen as their lecturer?
I'm used to be an ex- ITE student and progressively made my way up to local polytechnic and local university. Currently equipped with 14 years of relevant experience.
