the pay for scholars is the same as fresh grad pay, E1 salary grade

i know DSTA Software Engineer salary is up to 6.4k (with allowance).

Can I check after 1 year do you get a promotion to next grade and how much? Most agencies I know will promote to next grade 1 year in.

How about DSTA?

Depends on your overall contribution. If you’re an average performer, very unlikely you’ll get to promote to the next grade that fast. Even if you’re a good performer (C+ /B), I believe you’ll still require 2 years minimum to go onto the next grade.

Anyone in the procurement role, i just went for an interview recently and I think I bombed it.

Anyone know how hard is it to get into the job? any past experience you felt like you bombed the interview but still got the job

Getting back a C despite working so much more harder than the previous year makes me very depressed.
